How do you do it all?
I don’t claim to do it all, I have learned that like in our past it takes a village to raise a family. I could not do it without the support of my husband, family, friends, and support groups.

Can you give us 5 tips you can share with our readers that have made being a Supermom a little easier.

1. Understand that you can not and are not expected to do it all, ask for help when you need it!
2. Put as much effort into your marriage as you do your children, it’s so very important.
3. Take time for yourself and your interests.
4. Have a family schedule and make sure the whole family is involved with it.
5. Eat Chocolate!

What are your greatest strengths as a mother? Just knowing that I have always wanted to be a mother, realizing that education and information are key in having and raising a family.

What are your interests? The birthing community is a great interest of mine as a DONA certified birth doula. I also enjoy singing with the Sounds of Joy. I like to read, and I love to do fun things with my family.

Besides residing in Virgina Beach with her husband and growing family, Brandy is a certified Birth Doula, which means she supports women before, during and after the birthing process. You can learn more about Brandy, her family and her Doula business by visiting her website at:www.brandyburd.com.
